I went there to buy seat covers for my new Rav4, when I called them, the owner said the covers are perfectly fitting. I bought one set and the lady staff at Thomas town outlet tried her best to fix it but it was not fitting properly. Then I called the shop owner to replace, he was so rude and disrespectful over the phone. He was not sure about his products. He refunded me after deducting 60 dollors. Thus I dont recommend this brand because of poor customer service and rude attitude from the shop owner.
Never buy..the seat cover i bought from them is not good and not comfortable..i got back pain but the carjoy is not ready to change or refund..they are cheaters
The guy is very lier and dishonest and has no respect to customers! I don't recommend his service to anyone!!! Worst customer service ever!!
