My experience was great. Ross Lesser was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond when I first reached out to Carjoy and he made the process easy and fast. I also dealt with one of the owners Paul Gambardella who was understanding and kind with my questions/concerns. I definitely recommend Carjoy without hesitation and will be using them again when my lease is up.
