I never like to post a review right away for big purchases bc I like to wait and see how im actually dealth with and to see how ow the customer service is actually servicing. Customer service is lacking. Still waiting to close this deal that started on July 17th.. vehicle picked up, a very important component of the vehicle that was to be fixed was not. The company offered to get it fixed. We’re initially accepted the offer but after speaking with their guy decided that he didn’t seem that enthused about the job. We decided to get one ourselves also accepting the responsibilities of putting in the part, also we asked for reimbursement for the price of purchasing the part, to which they agreed.. a... read more
