Great experience, staff were very accommodating, especially Paul. Very happy with my purchase.
Beware, Contacted them about a car on the lot and could not check it out until breaks were to be done (few days) went back in the week and told it was ready to drive. took it out (with supervision as they were nervous with it being manual and that is all good) however, the breaks were not done and several other things needed work on the car and it was to cost extra to certify the vehicle as they only certify once it is purchased. the thing that was a little off was i was checking the car out, it was a late model car with ver... read more
I cannot say enough good things. Paul went above and beyond to make reality what I had hoped for for both my son and I. The whole team there are really friendly. Even offered to buy my niece and I dinner when they were doing a take out run. I highly recommend checking them out for all your used car needs.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Carizma Auto Group. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Paul was absolutely amazing in helping me take an idea and turn it into reality. He truly went above and beyond. I also spoke with a few others there, and everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. They even at one point offered to buy my niece and myself dinner while they were going out for a take out run. I highly recommend checking these guys out for all your future used car needs.
Such a nice and easy experience with the guys at carizma! Paul was very helpful and got me in my new rav4 quickly with no problems. Will definitely recommend!
