This morning, my son and I decided to check out a couple of vehicles that had caught our attention on their website. Their opening time was 9:00 AM, and although we arrived around 9:05 AM, we were eager to begin our search. Initially, the first staff member who assisted us came across as somewhat impolite, but gradually warmed up as our conversation progressed.
