As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going to a mechanic, but everyone here has always made me feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely looked after. Took my 32-year-old VP Commodore in for a service with a fairly long list of issues including brake shudder, fuel tank breather problems and a loose exhaust. They were excellent to deal with the whole way through. They took the time to put the car on the hoist and physically show me what was going on instead of just handing over a quote, which I really appreciated.
