Went here to have a problem with my seat belt fixed and the lower control arms changed. Everything seemed good except now my seatbelt doesn’t retract properly and the trim next to the seatbelt was loose. Also, after the control arms being changed one of my wheel caps was broken with no intention of being replaced by the manager because the car is “too old”
I had damage to the inside of my radiator/cooling system from a prior accident 2 years ago completely stop me from travelling back home to VIC while in QLD. Marcus and the team at Carite completely sorted me out and looked after me on short notice. So grateful for them, will highly recommend.
