Absolutely appalling service, you get fobbed off at every opportunity. I have been waiting 3 months for a private assessment to be finalised. They inputted incorrect information and referred my teenage son for a gynecology appointment instead of his ECG results. Avoid at all cost, I will be changing surgeries at the first opportunity

Practice used to be good years ago. Has become a disorganised shambles. Test results not followed up. Prescription changes without consultation or reason. There doesn't appear to be any GPs , it's all handled by pharmacists and nurses, some of which are good some absolutely not. They push patchs crap which I won't accept, the privacy policy is dire and the data processing is handled by a company with a poor history

This practice needs closing down, reception staff don't care you never ever get to speak to a doctor it's always a pharmacist. I had an ECG done on the 11th April was told I'd get results in a week it's now 8th of may I've heard nothing although I was told by a pharmacist over the phone my results were in. If the best patients get is a phone call with pharmacist what on earth are the doctors doing all day, working from home??
