Cold, faceless, uncaring. Since the introduction of patches online the service is really suffering. It's just either poorly trained or uncaring clinicians on the other end typing a no effort/ potentially life threatening reply and closing down your application ASAP. It's turned into some kind of bizarre social media platform where people don't care because they can't see a real person, just a computer in front of them. Been with caritas for 7 years and they were never good but continue to get worse and worse. The receptionist at Woodside is rude, abrupt and unhelpful, even to people who could clearly use understanding and compassion. The new Dr googles everything she is told, which is unnerving that she seems to know so little and relies on google. They say one thing and do another or sometimes nothing, which isn't a new thing but also getting worse. Its bad how little care and professionalism they show. Incredibly rude receptionist. My wife had to make a call to cancel an appointment. When trying to rearrange my wife was met with a response the defies belief. Told to stop asking questions that related to the new appointment and that the call should’ve ended a minutes ago. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this pathetic excuse for a doctors surgery. The point of contact for patients is appalling
