When I started wedding planning, I thought there was no way I needed a planner or a day of coordinator, but hiring Cara was absolutely the best decision I could have made. She was absolutely fantastic to work with, took all of my ideas and brought them to life, and kept me organized throughout the last stressful couple months of planning. Cara is fabulous! She is incredibly hardworking and attentive to details. She also takes into account the nuances of family dynamics and is excellent at coordinating. I had the pleasure of working with her both for both my daughter's wedding and baby shower. She is very professional, warm, and goes out of her way to do things.
Cara did an amazing job at allowing us to have the most enjoyable and relaxing wedding day. Cara stepped in to help a fellow wedding coordinator who was originally booked for my wedding who had a family emergency. That already was such a kind thing to do. We met the day before the wedding and Cara treated my wedding like I had been her own client all along. My only regret is that we did not contact Cara sooner! The event would not have been a success without Cara. She was instrumental in ensuring everything went smoothly with the vendors, venue, and members of the wedding party. Cara also was there to assist with last minute details including unexpected issues with the wedding dress. Although, I have a lot of experience…having personally chaired and coordinated hundreds of charity events and galas… I knew that I was not going to be able to enjoy my daughters wedding without the help of a wedding coordinator. Cara went above and beyond the call of duty to coordinate everything with the vendors, and absolutely nailed the timing for every part of the wedding and reception down to the minute.
