The woman working the front counter is appalling. Very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I suppose that’s the atmosphere they are trying to convey.

Shockingly rude and completely inconsistent treatment. We visited this bakery yesterday, ordered food, sat at a table, and had a perfectly normal experience. We enjoyed it enough that we decided to come back again this morning. Today, after we had already ordered food and drinks and were sitting at a table waiting for our drinks, a barista suddenly told us the seating was “dine-in only.” We explained that we were still waiting for our drinks. I visited today and I wanted to love it so much. I came here several years ago and had a great experience, unfortunately the service and the food have both steeply declined. I was asking questions about the menu, and the woman working there seemed very frustrated by this and told me to just read the menu. The two people working there were just plain unfriendly and pretentious. We ordered the focaccia, a baguette, a zucchini sandwich, avocado toast, a ham and cheese croissant, a savory scone.
