Dr Monterroso is without a doubt my favorite doctor I have ever seen. Been going to her for about 3 years now and she has my COPD well under control. Most days I forget I even have it! She is knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain, in detail, the answers to any and all questions Ive had. Explains her course of action and how/why she feels it would work for you.
