Carissa with Hopeful Mind Mental Health has been a wonderful psychiatrist for the past couple years. She makes you feel heard and does not dismiss anything you have to say. If anything is worrying you or you are curious about something, Carissa will make sure whatever questions you have are answered. In the health field there can be practitioners that may not make you feel completely heard or understood, and I'm thankful that Carissa is not one of those people and is extremely empathetic. Carissa at Hopeful Mind Mental Health is overall just a wonderful person. Her ability to listen and to understand you as a person is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a psychiatrist. She listens to your needs, to your issues and helps you feel reassured with whatever decision / conclusion you and her come too. I highly recommend Carissa to anyone struggling with mental health and their medication. She will make you feel heard and seen.
