Machines pulled off my side flap (BMW). They reimbursed me for professional repair but machines continued to damage same flap. Months and many washes later a flap on the other side of car was ripped off and they refused to pay. They basically said that it does not matter how much damage their machines do, they don't have to pay anything to anyone......period!
