I had been a monthly subscriber at this car wash for nearly two years and came here regularly without any major issues — until recently. The last TWO times I went through the wash, the machine bent and lifted my front license plate. The first time, I assumed it might have been a one-time accident and didn’t make a big deal out of it. So disappointed with the whole operation... They only allow two towels to dry your big car... What a disappointment that they are so controlling and rude.. Not sure where they hired this manager but he definitely needs to go back for people training because it was disgusting... I'm warning you do not go here unless you want to get abused... He is your typical...
I absolutely love the 19.99 per month deal! And the complimentary welcome package I got! Customer service is top tier and the drive thru wash is powerdul compared to most I go through!!
