Please look at all reviews on REDDIT BEFORE you consider buying from there. I asked about a car online and the e mail reply said if you are not coming to buy NOW, you can't come see the car, look at the ad. Crappy approach to a sale! I then read all the reviews and NOT ONE is good. So based on this I will not and recommend YOU DON'T buy from there!
My wife and I were in the market for a new car after an unfortunate accident totaled ours. Winston had the exact car just a newer model that we looked at on a Saturday morning very early on (mazda cx5) He was very polite and informative with the car. Buying a vehicle from Winston at Carisma was different from any experience we've had. We got a vehicle at a very good price with little hassle. Winston handled everything for a smooth transaction. We would definitely check his inventory the next time we're car shopping.
Just purchased a used Lexus from Winston. It was a great experience. We spoke on the phone and I made an appointment. He was very accommodating. Zero pressure .He answered all my questions and was very friendly. He is old school honest and if you treat the man with respect he will treat you the same. Pleasure doing business.
