Warning: This car wash damaged our vehicle. We have used this car wash for years, but it has clearly become run down and poorly maintained. On Saturday, 2/7/26, we went through the wash and immediately noticed deep scratches and heavy swirl marks on the hood, rear, and one entire side of our vehicle. The opposite side was completely unaffected, which makes it obvious the damage occurred during the wash. Came in for a wash and detail. Manager said shorthanded and will take longer, I said OK. 2 hours later im looking for my vehicle and its parked in the Auto Zone parking lot. I asked the lady at the desk why as I'd been sitting right there the whole time. Manager was in and out, looked at me several times without a word. People coming and going the whole time and they were told their vehicle was ready. I usually like coming in here, they do a good job. Poor worker lost out on a tip.
