Fast service, easy communication. We were provided a suitable loan car. No complaints about the job done and car was detailed when returned to us which was much appreciated.
Context, my boot got smashed in by someone who rear ended me, the repairs took about 6 weeks to complete. Medium to large job. Positives: timely repair, good communication on how long repairs will take and what process they were up to. Organised my rental car pick up and an uber home. Car was ready 10 days before they estimated. Cons: paint run marks on the boot, the boot is rough and paint is starting to chip.
