We purchased a new manufactured home from Caris Sell and since our home has been placed we have had issue after issue with them. They hired an unlicensed contractor to do sheet rock work and we ended up finding out that this guy had been living in our home for at least 2 weeks and partying causing damage to our home and property. We contacted Caris Sell and they had no concern for their actions and or regard that our privacy had been invaded by someone they hired.
