I’ve had three pieces done by Carioti now—two loose stones set for necklaces and a custom ring. Great communication from John, attention to detail, and fast turnaround. Everything has come out perfectly, and I’m really happy I found them.
Chris has been excellent to work with. Experienced, no pressure approach, and helpful for a first-timer. I’ve been very impressed. Highly recommend CJ.
Worked with Chris about resizing some rings that the chain stores wanted to charge me almost triple, wouldn't do it in house, might take 4 weeks, and didn't even know if they could do it. Drove 100 miles to Columbus to see Chris. He came thru. The rings were resized perfectly, looked great, and fit great. This will be the only jewelry store that I use from here on out!
I would not recommend this business based on my experience. From the complete lack of care, accountability, and even a simple apology throughout this process, the owner, John, provided one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had.
