We had a wonderful experience with carinspect. Jerome was very professional, helpful and informative. Not only did he offer a comprehensive inspection of our car, he took his time to answer my questions and truly went above and beyond what was required. We would definitely recommend carinspect, and particularly Jerome.
I paid Car Inspect $340 for their so called premium pre-purchase inspection and it was an absolute waste of money. The inspector refused to drive the car because the oil warning light was on. Instead of waiting a few minutes for the dealership to add oil, or arranging to come back, he just skipped the test drive altogether, which is one of the most important parts of the inspection! Appreciated a very prompt and thorough inspection by Jerome of a potential used vehicle in Nth Sydney . Didn’t proceed as he found a number of issues so dodged a bullet there.
