The communication and updates were good and the inspection was on time but I was not super happy with the condition of the tyres and brakes. I had the car serviced within 2 weeks of buying it and was told the rear tyres were at 2 mm and the brakes needed replacing. These had been marked as “Green” on the inspection report. I understand they may not have been considered a ahazard at the time, but it would have been helpful to know they were close to needing replacement, especially as I was not there for the inspection. Great service, very thorough, mechanic called me and provided information on the car being checked for prepurchase. he also emailed me photos of what he inspected, made some suggestions. I thought the person that was sent was the best man for the job. Very happy
Great experience, great value for money. They give you a detail report, more than you would be able to know on your own. Obviously this has a real impact on negotiations and peace of mind. Really worth it!
