Sat for 20 minutes and was never greeted let alone asked for what we’d like to drink. We wound up walking out and I’m sure no one even noticed. Will NOT be recommending or going back. To make it even worse the people sitting behind us had to keep there hands raised for a good 10 minutes just to get their check while the table in front of us already had food boxed and were receiving brand new drinks from the bar. Worst experience we’ve ever had.
customer service lacks willingness to help poor interaction during cold times a cold air comes in make you feel uncomfortable to eat needs improvement
It has a great atmosphere. Very open and comfortable. There is plenty of room to move around and the food was great!
