Great restaurant. the location is very clean and in a great location. the staff was very friendly and very helpful.. Food was fantastic
Pretty amazing for a small place, they have unbelievable services that is always a plus when it comes to these kind of places. The food is unbelievable to say the least.
Ok I'm a Johnny Carino's fan... Just not the Midland location! I visited here and had good service and terrible food. The cooks seemed to be more interested in hanging out than working. Food was literally thrown together. Not to mention chicken was burnt and dry! Not just one meal but, all our meals. Decent food. Worst service. – I'd say the service here has improved over the years. It's not the best service. One of the waiters (I think his name was Manuel) is really kind and attentive. The other employees aren't so great. I tried to apply for a job here not too long ago. I asked the manager for an application and I filled it out at the restaurant. Italian? Really? – Nah doesn't do it for me. They don't even dish out some decent drinks.
The worst Italian restaurant in Round Rock – I got to the restaurant after reading some of the great reviews here, I was terribly disappointed. The house salad was one of the worst I have had, the Salmon was not fresh and overcooked, to cover for that fact it was heavily glazed the pasta was over-coocked as well. Both the salad and salmon had way too much salt on them. I will never go back to Carino's
It's freez'n in there!!!! – Great food!!! But it's like 65 degree in there. Everyone was uncomfortable!
Poor Service At Best – If the food was excellent I might have forgiven the rude hostess that was less then empathetic to our situiation..the asst mgr failed to book our party dinner and tried to caim we called the wrong location. We were waiting for a table for almost two hours. They did comp our appettizers, but some of us had to leave and did get to eat dinner. Would never consider booking a party here, again.
