Thank you for your assistance a few weeks ago. I called in slightly distraught, not because I didn't know what to do but simply because I was overwhelmed. Caring for my 87 year old mom is challenging and as a Counselor myself I simply needed to hear a calming voice on the other end of the phone. I will also add I did not get a helpline that had no help .. nor did I have to wait for a return call as I did when I called the Alzheimer's Association.
