I was not given a fair interview as an advanced-degree RN due to my age. The site manager immediately stated, "I showed your resume to my manager and told her you are overqualified!" I spent 7 years in college working with this population. The employees are all in their 20's but the site manager immediately dismissed my resume and told me I did not belong there. I cant imagine anyone trusting this bias group with their loved ones
