A huge thank you to Michael and his team for the care of our cat, who broke his leg. Their knowledge, experience, and gentle manner ensured that Kitten was cared for expertly during a stressful time for our family. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and explain the process and the ins and outs so I understood fully how Kitten was healing. Scott was fantastic throughout our puppy preschool! He went well beyond basic training and helped us genuinely understand our puppy’s behaviour, giving us confidence at home. His care didn’t stop at the sessions either, always making time to help and follow up, and you can tell he truly cares about the dogs and their families.
Caring, Thorough, Knowledgeable & Friendly. Saw Kylie Aplin again this time, but all past experiences excellent.
