I rang to see a doctor for an upper sinus infection I’ve had for 2 months. Was told I needed to do a RAT test. Firstly, you can catch sinus and secondly there are thousands of viruses that a RAT test won’t detect so this is just Madness.

I have been to this practise for 7 years but in the last few years it has gone downhill. 6 months ago a doctor told me he had no idea about menopause and I had to go see a specialist. Then today I had to pay for a full appointment for my daughter who the Dr did not examine for him to tell me she had the Flu. Results from a swab she had done that I wasn’t able to be told the result over the phone. I had to come and pay for an appointment. I think this is wrong. I've been attending CFP for nearly my entire life (more than 20 years), Dr Gleeson has been my GP since I was little and she's always been fantastic. Even now I've moved out of home and away from Caringbah I still travel the 15-20 mins down to CFP because it's worth the drive.
