Bought a home listed by Dave Alfano in August- the home was listed as city sewer and water. The disclosure conveniently left the type of sewage system blank, but indicated “no problems.” Turns out after closing that the house has a failing septic! My lawyer has sent a letter to Dave and I have contacted him- he is not responding.
