Really helpful. I come to Vancouver for a surgery and I'm so lucky to find Caring Shepherd to take care of me after the operation. Jerwina was professional, helpful and patient, she helped me a lot for the first 24 hours after the surgery.

Caring Shepherd In-Home Care Service provided 24-hour support for my mum during a very difficult time in her health. Their team was absolutely wonderful-dependable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. With their help, my mum's health improved tremendously, and she was able to regain her independence again. Digna and her team are caring, compassionate, and trustworthy. In a difficult business to manage, Digna works hard to make sure that any schedule changes are communicated in a timely manner. We feel heard and cared about. After almost a year of caring for our Mom on a part time basis, they have become a trusted member of our team. We get reports from each visit and an occasional picture or video to see Mom remotely. Five stars!
