I visited Caring Pharmacy today around 6:30pm & was attended by a chinese female pharmacist in her early 40s (not wearing the uniform). Unfortunately, her customer service was very poor. She was unfriendly, unpolite & appeared to have a black face throughout the entire conversation and transaction. When I asked her questions, she responded in a way that clearly showed dissatisfaction. Overall, the experience was frustrating & disappointing.
