I have unfortunately received an unspeakable service by one of your staff by the name of Jeremy Chan if im not mistaken. Do refer to the picture attached for reference. My husband and I walked in to buy shaver. The items are all displayed behind the counter and to be polite and watch the boundaries, my husband asked the staff at the counter for the said item.
