I went to buy health supplements today. A guy come and ask what I was looking for, so I told him and asked for recommendations. Later, I asked him about products that could whiten skin, and he said there was one”but u couldn't afford it right now” so he wouldn't recommend it. Was he looking down on me? This made me very uncomfortable. His communication skills really need improvement, which also made me uncomfortable. I didn't want to shop at that store anymore!
Very friendly & knowledgeable pharmacist.. Took his initiative to help us find the stuffs we need & answering our inquiries patiently..
macam mana eh caring boleh ambik staff pharmacy yang berlagak ? how you kerja dekat pharmacy yang memang kena consult orang tapi bukak mulut pun tak nak . eye contact pun tak ada . kalau tak nak kerja , berhenti jela ! memang tak kan pergi lagi caring ! ( pharmacy perempuan chinese )
The male Pharmacist and the 2 lady cashiers all gave very good customer service. Truly impressed by their helpfulness and good approach. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.
