Very disappointing experience at this branch when I visited on 7th October 2026. The aisles are already narrow and difficult to navigate with a stroller, but what truly ruined the visit was the appalling customer service. While heading to the cashier, a sales assistant was sitting on a stool blocking the walkway. The pharmacist at the counter lack of awareness of surrounding. When i’m in line to get consult there were 2 chinese jump in and the pharmacist serve them instead of me who were in queue. It was so frustrating that she did not manage to take a look at the line. And the pharmacist is chinese woman.
i tell staff want cough medicine due to phelgm kahak, but give me unovus, copastin medicine for dry cough, can return back or exchange or go nearest barnch ? sunway pyramid location far from my place.
