Regular customer here. The usual pharmacist not around today, a plum malay guy was at the perscription counter. I don't usually leave a review for pharmacy but I get upset enough to write this. The guy was serving a lady when I came, so I just wait behind her. After a while he showed the lady to front counter and came back. Old chinese lady at the counter with 0 care to serve customers. Sour face, lousy attitude, really off putting. Very sad to have individual like that representing the establishment
I’m a regular at this outlet, but tonight the pharmacist truly went above and beyond to help me get painkillers for my father who needed it so desperately and urgently. The shop was already closing when I left home, yet Mr Thapa Sandip let me pay online beforehand and waited at the door just for me. I’m incredibly grateful, thank you from the bottom of my heart — kindness like this stays with you.
