Visited recently and had a good consultation from the pharmacist. Was a Indian guy working on 13/9. Gave good product recommendations for my issues and was willing to answer all my questions with a smile.
From my point of view, CARiNG Pharmacy at Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru could really improve its customer service. During my visit, the staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. Nobody needs to be overly cheerful, but when you walk into a pharmacy, it is nice to at least feel comfortable approaching the staff if you need help or have a question. Staff are friendly and helpful. Travelled from SG to visit JB to buy some Ensure milk. They reserved the items for us and even assisted to carry and bring down to our car as it is very heavy for my elderly father to carry. Thanks Caring Pharmacy team
