The Chinese staff Elaine was very rude and insensitive when asking about the medicine over the counter. The Malay staff already confirmed the medication and yet staff Elaine ask several times in English and mandarin after confirming the medicine. Purposefully making the customer embarrassed and uncomfortable. Asking the customer to confirm the usage of the medication over and over again as if the customer does not know. 27/11/25 jam 11.30 pagi saya datang kepada casher .bertanya ada topap t&go.sebap ada yg bagi tahu saya caring ada ..saya try tanya..sekali casher perempuan pakai tudung hitam.dengan nada yang bongkak menjawap.tak de.saya ok lagi .dan berpusing nak keluar menuju ke pintu..sekali saya dengar dia berkata tak baca ke kat pintu dengan nada mengumpat...saya terus jawap.amboi sombong ye .bongkak cara bercakap.. jika penat balek rumah tido.tak yah keje.adap kena jaga.mulut jangan celaka sangat..
Very disappointed with my visit today, the morning of October 11th. This pharmacy should not be hassling foreign customers for prescriptions for Cholesterol and Diabetes medications. Most international travelers are not going to have spare prescriptions with them, and a foreign doctor's prescription would not be valid in Malaysia anyway. It is absurd.
