Fast and efficient service – we got what we wanted and completed payment within about 15 minutes, which is great if you’re in a rush. It helps a lot to prepare some photos of what you need in advance; showing them makes communication much easier and speeds up the ordering process.
My friend visited KSL Caring pharmacy and was served by Ayu. Really appreciate her kindness, patience and helpfulness to assist my friend in getting a specific brand of high blood pressure medication which was in fact not carried in this branch. Ayu went the extra mile to check if the medicine can be send from KL branch. Great service and thumbs up for Ayu. She is really a great service staff who respected the elder and do her best to assist.
Cashier didn’t ask me for caring member but claims that he did. This was after payment by the way.
