Very poor customer service. I was simply trying to pay for my items, but the cashier was extremely slow and seemed visibly annoyed.the cashier was an indian girl.Despite speaking politely, I was met with a rude attitude and a raised voice. I understand that it was a busy period and there was a long queue, but customers should not be treated badly because staff are stressed. Being busy is not an excuse for being disrespectful. Definitely not the kind of service I would expect.

I love to visit Caring Pharmacy at Komtar JBCC to buy my hubby’s long term medication. The service provided by Hui Ching is more than excellent! She is a real GEM for the company! Hui Ching is friendly, patience and always served her customer with passion! She can even prepare the medication in advance and ready when you are there!
I went here to buy an anti-allergy cream for skin rashes and itching. The staff gave me good advice. I applied it to my child, and the itching was better the next day. Thank you for recommending such a good product.
