Great experience at CARiNG Pharmacy. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and they were willing to explain the products clearly and recommend suitable options. The pharmacy was clean, well-organised and had a good range of products. Overall, very good service and I would definitely come back again.
The chinese female pharmacist is arrogant, not answering question properly, speaking to me in a sarcastic tone and looking at me like I was an idiot, as if I had asked something stupid, which made me very uncomfortable. The staff also kept trying to sell me other products and supplements. I will never come back.
My very first visit to Caring Pharmacy, Damansara Perdana, and I’m so glad I met Felicia. She was incredibly cheerful, warm and genuinely welcoming! Not just to me, but to everyone who walked through the door. You can truly see how much she loves what she does. Every place deserves someone like her. 💛
Great service, and amazing that the pharmacist can remember who I am. Keep it up!
Product are good and new and the staff very cooperative and nice
