We're helpful early on, but not anymore! Rude and argumentative. Not familiar with their own system especially now that they switched the system to this extremely annoying configuration. I do not want to put in my medical cards 900 numbers everytime. And I do not want the staff their to argue with me about not having an online account when I clearly have an account I signed in front of your face and you still argued. Won't be coming back, going to Bristol.
