The staff was utterly clueless in regards to my insurance. I’ve never dealt with that before in any circumstance. I blame that on the answering service or scheduling as I have never met the in house staff.
Dr. Florence is a compassionate, caring provider. She doesn’t rush and she shows genuine concern when her patients are uncertain about choices they have to make. There should be more providers like her.
