I called the office 30 times, again I called 30 times no answer. They refuse to put me back on my Vyvanse I’ve been prescribed since I was 4 without a drug test that they send to the lab that I have to pay almost $200 for every time I get a script. The advertise themselves as affordable but they invade your privacy and charge you extra to do so.
I was a patient at this practice for years, and unfortunately I can no longer continue my care here. Even for simple monthly maintenance appointments, there are constant issues with communication, callbacks, scheduling, and virtual visits. Every single month it’s something different. I’ve been a patient at this practice for several years, and unfortunately my experience has consistently declined over time. I’ve also referred multiple patients, and there has almost always been some type of negative outcome involving communication, scheduling, or follow-up care.
