When I first encountered this particular practice I knew this was the one. Dr. Flo and her staff are very perffesional. Dr. Flo is amazing her spirit her energy. She has a passion for not only her job but also her patients. She very warm and understanding. In 26 years I finally found a individual that complements my daughters aura. Thank you Dr. Flo for always being understanding.

Dr. Flo is very personable, attentive and accessible. Her patients are not statistics; they are human beings first. She’s not dismissive in a rushed way to hop on to the next patient. She actually listens, asks the right questions and responds accurately to her patients’ health issues. She is also not afraid to do tasks below her ranks; she will take patients vitals etc., when her assistants are caught up. Doctor Florence is very patient,she is an excellent listener. And also very caring. I appreciate her empathy,and ways of showing how she cares for me my mental health and safety. Growing with her has been a great experience. She helped me from my lowest to my highest! & is a major help in my recovery. Very nurturing spirit like a mother.
