Dr. Jocelyne Blanc provides outstanding care, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to her patients. Her office is not only clean and welcoming but also exemplifies exceptional customer service, making her a highly recommended choice.
Dr. Blanc, is my doctor there. I also see the two mental health professionals this whole office is amazing and I love them all even the staff! I definitely recommend this office to anyone.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst office! I have been calling and asking for a referral to be sent to Neurology for 2 weeks. No one calls you back to confirm it’s been sent. When I asked if they could print them they told me they couldn’t which is BS. I’ve worked in healthcare for 15 years and have sent many referrals for patients and printed them when needed. This is the second time my appointment had been canceled due to Caring Hearts. I do not recommend this office. Unprofessional and negligent in patient care.
I was impressed by the first appointment it was great don't plan on getting a follow-up anytime in the next 2 months just send me my blood work and I will take care of myself it's obviously I'm not going to get care here I haven't received the prescriptions you supposedly ordered a month ago
