COWARDS! COWARDS! COWARDS! Do not trust Caring Hands Transport with your medical needs. I am a medical patient who relies and deserves timely transport for critical medical appointments. This company proved today that they have zero integrity and zero respect for their clients. They were running extremely late and never called. I waited on hold for 16 minutes just to get an update, but my call was ignored. Extremely unsafe driver of a black toyota minivan. cut several people off and was weaving in their own lane. I would not trust this person to drive anyone else, especially for medical transport.
my caseworker n I have been trying to get transportation set up w caring hands for 3 months, she sends paperwork n authorization they claim to not have it, when you call you're on hold forever, the person who answers the phone is very unprofessional w load background noise, I think this company is ran from an apartment
They are the best transportation program
I had a wonderful experience today with this service. Car 22 picked me up and got me to the hospital well in time for my appointment. The driver was kind and calm and professional... and considerate! Thank you, Caring Hands!
