They are the best transportation program
I had a wonderful experience today with this service. Car 22 picked me up and got me to the hospital well in time for my appointment. The driver was kind and calm and professional... and considerate! Thank you, Caring Hands!
WORST COMPANY EVER. The van that the guy pulled up in sounded bad, smelled of burning rubber, and looked like it had been in a few accidents. NOT SOMETHING INTELLIRIDE WOULD ALLOW. The driver was insanely rude tried to refuse my ride after I was in the car, then got really mad when his boss told him to take me. I got out last minute because I'd never ride in such a ramshackle vehicle. These people park in front of our garage and our neighbors garage all the time when we are trying to leave for work and will lay on their horn as we are trying to back out of our garage. They don’t move and cause such a headache. They are extremely rude and they are well aware they are not supposed to park in front of garages due to limited space people have to back up. There is so many parking spaces they can park at but they choose to be inconsiderate and not let people out of their garages that are trying to go to work. W... read more
Can’t speak much for the care of the people they transport with medical care needed. However I can mention the hit and run and very erratic and irresponsible driving of the drivers. And when I called to report the driver to the management, was told they would be talked to. Asked again if someone has to die in the hands of that driver for something to happen, and has once again told the driver would be talked to. If a company can be this irresponsible with its drivers, I can only imagine how bad of care they provide for anyon... read more
