Ive been waiting for almost 2 years for them to "accept new patients" I dont have a vehicle or the EXTRA funds to use a cab and risk the chance of getting stuck in bangor. I am pregnant and have been having issues for awhile. I left a very extensive message about how i needed an emergency extraction. No answer. No callback. No emails. Nothing. Dr. Oh and staff are great, but unfortunately the phones are almost never answered. They are ignored. I once called 10 times in a day because I had an urgent matter and nothing. They have lost a lot of patients due to this, according to a thread on Facebook.

My 2 children absolutely love their visits to the dentist! The waiting room has a tiny house to keep the kids occupied while we waited to be seen, and the staff was so friendly. They explained everything throughly and fixed my daughters crown in just a few minutes!
