My autistic 13 year old is a patient here. She had a dental emergency, and they didn't call back all day Thursday or Friday and have left us hanging all weekend. There is no reception, just a VM that they don't respond to.
One of my fillings fell out, the scheduled me months months layer then when that appt arrived the filled it but then drilled a hole in the next tooth and left it open
They are absolutely amazing and wonderful! My daughter has needed extra care and work done for her teeth, and Dr. Oh has been extremely helpful and patient - going above and beyond in his treatment of her. I'd highly recommend!
A wonderful organization, love the staff, love the facility, and they are amazing at their jobs.
