I visited Caring Hands Midwife for reflexology to help with PGP, and it made such a difference and was incredibly relaxing. Barbara was so welcoming, kind, and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend her and would definitely book again!☺️
I visited Barbara for pregnancy reflexology to help with my back pain, which she was able to reduce to a much more manageable level. I also had the birth preparation treatment, a blend of acupuncture and reflexology designed to ready my body for labour. I’m so grateful to Barbara—not only for the treatments that supported me through this journey, but also for her invaluable wisdom that eased my worries along the way.
Barbara is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive, and an all round wonderful person! From reflexology to massage, she has been able to remedy all of my issues post partum and is so generous with her time. Could not recommend her enough!

Barbara supported me through my second and third trimester with a range of therapies and complimentary aromatherapy oil blends each designed to reduce the symptoms I was experiencing such as restless legs and carpal tunnel.
