They have left us high and dry with my terminally ill Navy veteran husband. Called Cops, DHS, and VA to get someone out here dor a welfare check. I'm to have cancer surgery and these people were to help in my recovery time. They walked out on us twice. I would put -5
A rather disorganized mess. Pretty unprofessional. Did my meet and greet where I had to stand on the porch in 27degree weather because the boss was late. She shows up in a faux fur jacket like one from the 60s. I was embarrassed. The family was completely disengaged. NEXT
