I'm unsure if my review posted (my human error to blame.) 5 stars++ for PA Kim Elrod & Nurse Meredith. However, the appt. request feature on the patient portal I cannot recommend. No response - you'll have to phone them and just cross-your-fingers to hope to reach someone.
I get so excited to go to my appointments! My OB is Dr. Torbati, this is my first pregnancy. He’s been such an encouraging, understanding, supportive, wonderful doctor. He keeps it real too! Doesn’t sugarcoat anything and tells you how it is. He always answers all my questions and is always attentive & quick to act on my concerns. This place is to be avoided at all costs. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield so my copay is only 20 dollars anywhere else except here. They state they are federally funded now so despite what Other clinics and Blue Cross says themselves its 90 dollars plus the cost of any service provided that day which could range from 100 to 10. 000 for a mere doctor visit. A doctors office is dictating to Blue Cross Blue Shield what is covered and what isnt despite their policy. This has to be illegal. Id give less than one star if possible. �... read more
