I have severe back pain and am totally disabled. I was up all night and called for about my 8 am appointment at 8 am and was told that they will not reschedule my appointment. I was told that they do reschedule appointments if you miss one. Do you NOT Think that is something they should INFORM THEIR PATIENTS THAT!!! The woman on the phone was so rude!! Nothing but good things to say about Caring Hands Dental clinic!! Friendly staff always made me feel like a V.I.P. I had really bad teeth but never felt any judgement. And i had at other dentists. Everyone was just concerned with taking care of what needed taking care of with my teeth. And they did a great job.
The ladies were all very helpful and encouraging. I was very nervous about going in because I thought my teeth were in bad shape. They took care of everything in one visit and I was so relieved that I was crying. They fixed a filling that was causing my teeth to hurt and was likely giving me nerve pain. I can smile again confidently due to the work they did. I'm so very thankful for them .
