RecommendedWe have just relocated here to Virginia from Chicago and we are so happy that we found a place like this to take care of our 9 year old Daisi. She’s had a couple rough days and the staff here have all been so kind and caring. I am very pleased with everyone who works here.

Caring Hands has the most friendliest staff, each time I brought my dog in they knew her name right away. Thank you Caring Hands for taking care of her, sadly I won't be going to Caring Hands anymore, Fluffy Bear passed away while in my arms at Caring Hands Merrifield.
My kitty Waffles and I visited Caring Hands yesterday. I was apprehensive because I did not know what was wrong with Waffles and the nearby vets could not see her until the next day or so or could squeeze her in for a not so small fee. Caring Hands said we could come on in and explained that there could be a wait time. They made us feel at ease, found out was ailing Waffles and explained the procedure for healing her and went over the costs before getting my permission to proceed. Went today to get some routine vaccines for my pup. She doesn't do well with other dogs and when she started barking at one, they offered for us to wait in the exam room. Another vet we used to go to would just ignore us and glare at our dog so it was really a simple gesture that we so appreciated to help our dog and the other dog feel comfortable while in a stressful environment :)
Friendly staff and excellent vets, facility is super clean and awesome customer service. ����
