Dr. Jessica was very communicative, punctual and she carried a calm presence during my pet’s final moments. When she arrived at my home she was patient with me, did not rush the process whatsoever and was present with my pet and I during the process but also provided us privacy when appropriate. Dr. Jessica was incredible during a really hard moment for our family, the passing of our dear puppy. She was compassionate, patient, and deeply caring, making sure our puppy was comfortable, at peace, and never in pain while giving us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Dr. Jessica is the most caring and empathetic person at a time when she was sorely needed. She took time; as long as we needed for everyone in the family to say their goodbys. She gently picked up our deceased Tess and gently took her away. I would recommend (and I already have) Caring Hands to everyone who is faced with the horrible task of euthanizing your family pet. We are confident we made the right decision for Tess at the right time.

Where to begin. My soul dog, Lucky, was diagnosed with splenic lymphoma and was rushed into immediate surgery the day after Christmas 2023. Two months later she rapidly declined and I called Dr. Jessica for options. She said whenever I was ready we can schedule. We handled the payment and paperwork before she arrived so we could focus solely on Lucky that day. I remember that day so vividly. Dr. Jessica was so caring and gentle when we had to put our 17 yo Maltese down, she made us feel very comfortable giving up step by instructions on what was going on, as sad as my husband and I were, we knew that this was the best option, so she didn't suffer anymore. I would highly recommend her services!
