Dr. Smith is the absolute best. Kind, listens, and open to questions. Love love love her! However, trying to get anyone on the phone is next to impossible. I dread having to call and schedule a basic appt as I expect anywhere from a 20min-1hr hold time to talk to someone. Right now as I'm typing this I've already been on hold for 20min. I've tried leaving messages in the past but no one ever calls back. Great office but be prepared to wait to get thru to someone.
10 stars! Dr Valenti is quick and efficient and clear about treatments. He's funny which eases anxiety but he needs to work on his dad jokes. Amy is kind and professional. They are much needed in this community.
Update: after writing the negative review, Whitney immediately called me to let me know there was an availability on march 18. I’m sorry, why wasn’t I offered that to begin with rather than being lied to? Also I should not have to write a bad review to be seen in a timely manner. I had a referral sent to another OBGYN and they called within hours of getting my referral. They didn’t let it sit there for a week like this place did.
