I have been a patient at Caring for Women for over 10 years, and while the providers themselves are excellent, the administrative and support staff have become a serious problem. I have been attempting to get a specialty medication filled since October 2025. Despite repeatedly providing the correct in-network specialty pharmacy, my prescription continues to be sent to out-of-network pharmacies. Everyone was very friendly & personable. Dr. Monica Popov is very caring & knowledgeable.
I’ve been going to this doctor since I first moved to Denton in 2021. I can say with all honesty that they used to be great and I do still love my doctor. She was always attentive and comforting when I needed anything. I was admitted to the ER in December and told to schedule a follow up with my doctor and have been unable to get an appointment since. I’m still thinking about midwife Matika Monday years later and how she negatively impacted my pregnancy and delivery. Don’t base your opinion on these two 5-star reviews, please check all the reviews across various sites to learn more. I’m not surprised that she is getting more bad reviews on her bedside manner, I think she should be ashamed and reevaluate her behavior towards first time expectant mothers.
