Horrible. I guess they need to train their workers better. No follow up. No accountability. You wait at least 40 mins for anyone to get to the phone. Countless phone call not answered. Who has the time to wait so long on the phone? They do not call you once they receive a referral. They ignore anything, and once you call, they say they didn't do anything with the information they had because it was missing something. Could someone had called to ask for that missing information?
