RecommendedVery caring and professional! I have been going her for 20yrs and I have never had any issues! The doctors and nurses will call and check up on you when you are sick! I highly recommend this place!
I'm so glad they're taking covid-19 seriously. I've been trying to get a virtual appointment and they dont call me back! This practice is a sick joke and doctor Ramirez does not care about her patients. This isnt the first bad experience with them and I've been wanted to change doctors and unfortunatly I did not do that soon enough.
I was a patient of Dr. Ramirez for many years. I was always happy with her. But I made the mistake of bringing my 83 yoa mother into this practice. She was not happy from day one. The worst happened during this quarantine. My mom is stuck in TN with me. She called to get refills sent down here since she can’t get back home. One of her refills they said they couldn’t send because it’s scheduled. So oh well she’ll have to suffer! this place is a joke. my son needed his second shot from a 2 part deal. they made appointment.. take him in and they cant do it because its 4 days earlier than is needed for the 2 part shot. THEY MADE THE APPOINTMENT. lack of common sense is lost here. they care more about the money then fixing people. dr. kevorkian did a better job then these people. he cared about the patient where these people are clueless for what they do. dont walk. run away from this joke of a Drs office
Ive been going here for several years and im finally done! It is clear that all Dr. Giese cares about is money and otherwise skates on my with a complete lack of care and compassion. they force you to make an appt every month to get the meds ive taken every day since i was 10 now, so i will be finding a new practice. half the time he comes in the room not even knowing what patient hes seeing. has messed up medicine doses. the office sucks at returning phone calls. look elsewhere if you want doctors who know what theyre doing
I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt the need to do so after my visit today. Receptionist with long brown hair was very unfriendly/ rude and so was the older, short nurse with short blonde hair. It was busy in there, I understand, but that does not give you the right to be disrespectful to patients. If you do not like working with people, please do not get a job where you will be working with them all day. After 45 mins from the appointment time, (which we were 5 mins early for), I went out to a nurse and asked when to expect the doctor. The nurse said, “35-45 mins is not unusual to wait!” After 5 mins of “Doctor time” I asked the doctor, “is it typical to be waiting this long to see you?” She said, you weren’t ready, so I went to talk to the drug rep.” I about fell over... A long wait past appt. time, but quality attention given when with the doctor. I appreciate that, and hope they work on a schedule that gets them rolling on time for future visits.
Great place never found better great doctors very nice staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
